CARDIO LOAD WON'T SET UP: Once on the 'Work out smarter with a daily target load' screen, as soon as I click NEXT, it craps out and doesn't work. This has been happening for the last moth. It says "Something went wrong. This might be due to internet connection of another issue. Double check that you're online and try again".
I AM ONLINE AND HAVE BEEN EVERYDAY THE LAST MONTH. I have no internet connection issues at all. I have done all the updates and this is very frustrating. Google - not impressed!! My Charge is also slow to upload the Coach (which I am a premium member)...I've started researching Garmins.

Hello @nelsonkeller
I saw a Moderator post from 07 Jan 2025 stating that an update to the Fitbit app will start rolling out soon and includes general issue fixes for the Cardio Load and Target Cardio Load. That said, I've seen some users report that they updated their app this week to version 4.34, indicating that the rollout has started.
The updates tend to rollout in waves. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you. After you install the update, you should be able to complete the Cardio Load set up.

I’m having the same problem. When I tap the 3rd “Next” button in the cardio load setup, I invariably get “Something went wrong” and I can only exit.
I just updated to 4.34, and that didn’t fix it, the problem is exactly the same.

Hello @jaz_
I've seen some users report that they needed to delete and re-install the Fitbit app for the Cardio Load and Cardio Target Load to work. Although I'm not sure that this will work for the setup issue you're seeing, it might be worth a try.
If you're still seeing problems with setting up your cardio load/target load after deleting & re-installing the app, please post on this thread (<-- click link) and tag DavidFitbit, the Moderator, in your responses. Include your Fitbit app version #, if you are an Android or iOS user, and which phone you're using.
He can forward your info to the engineering team and let them know what issues have not been resolved by the update.

I tried reinstalling, but mine has broken too, taking me through an unwanted set up that doesn’t complete..
