Charge 6 - Clock face will not hold

I just updated to Charge 6. The clock face will not hold and flashes to infrared screen. I have tried different faces but still flashes red.  Did I get a lemon and need to return?

I did not need to restart. I did take off always on and that seemed to fix the problem. Thank you.
