Anyone else thinking that the Cardio Load "insights" with Fitbit premium is not trustworthy? Yesterday it was telling me to slow down as U was at risk of over training and within 12 hours it's saying that I need to work harder as I'm at risk of under training

Mine continues to say at risk for undertraining every morning as im in or over target daily. My bottom number to reach today was 328. Ridiculous

I have the same problem. One day it says I'm not getting enough excercise and should be training more (I'm 83), and the last three days, including Christmas, I have been visiting family and done practically nothing except walking the dog (shorter and less time than usual, poor thing is afraid of fireworks), and now the stupid thing says I' overtraining!

I've always had a Fitbit for a tracker, but the Cardio Load, along with other new issues, is pushing me to get a Garmin. I'm having the same issues as everyone else - over-training for 4 days, slow day. Then magically under-training (even though I was above suggested cardio load on those over-training days). I'm active at least 5-6 days a week. Not healthy to not take a rest day. Also, there is no option (that I'm aware of) to tell your device/calculation that you're sick or you're on vacation. So you get a week in there of lower than normal cardio load, that resets everything. I like the challenge, and want to have something that pushes me. But this isn't doing so in an educated, healthy way. What is Fitbit doing about this? Otherwise, any suggestions for other non-Fitbit wearables?

100%! If you take a day off due to illness next day you're expected to do a completely unreasonable amount of exercise. If there were a way to mark a sick day, that would make a big difference. Surely that would not be hard to add to the program; it'd just not factor that into the average?

Hi, same issue here - no cardio point for a HITT exercise one day and a lot another day, last time after 6 km of powerwalk not even one point.
Does anyone know how to turn the "insight" text off? It is cluttering space in the app, I cannot see relevant value without unnecessary scrolling, and the message does not seem to have any actual value.
Cannot add the screenshot unfortunately.

Hope so.
Tried to hide cardio load, but the messages still appear.
All the other metrics make sense, plus minus the error I expect in this price range.

I have told the Help Centre that the inaccuracies with Cardio Load are at best demotivating and at worst dangerous. It is seriously flawed. Gives different scores for same workout with same average pace and heart rate, over same route. Yes maybe a slight difference in score is understandable, but mine can be wildly different. If I kept pushing to achieve targets in cardio load i would be injured for sure.

My readiness score has been moderate on the days when my scores have varied widely over same route, speed, heart rate etc. So that's not the answer....😒

I understand the Cardio Load feature, but Fitbit clearly doesn't. When I have scored higher than my target set, say 179 Cardio Load when target was 165, when I should then have a rest day and my readiness score is low, it will still give me a target of 135!!! I swear it's trying to kill me!!!

I don't think that's the answer. Same route, same average pace, same heart rate zones, widely different scores????
