I’ve had my charge 5 for about 3 years, it recently stopped working, which I could accept with how heavily I wear it, although I believe it could’ve lasted a bit longer considering I take good care of it. The only thing that it will do is momentarily display the Fitbit logo while it’s plugged up and then immediately cut off, the green sensor light will also randomly cut on and off. I’ve tried resetting it multiple ways. When my charge 5 stopped working my sister gave me her charge 6. She bought it about a year ago and wore it a handful of times before getting an Apple Watch. The charge 6 for some reason is having similar issues. When you plug it up, it will sometimes display the charging percentage or even the fitbit watch screen however as soon as you unplug it, it shuts off immediately. I’ve reset it multiple times as well. There is NO reason the Fitbit charge 6 shouldn’t be working as it’s hardly been worn. I’ve been a lifelong Fitbit customer, ever since the original Fitbit flex, I’m however considering switching to another company with my recent experiences with Fitbit and the overall quality of their devices.
