Hello. This evening my Charge 6 stopped synching with the App. Finally after numerous restart the device and the app say they are paired but the Device has the wrong stats for today and the App has the mostly correct advice. I did 20 minutes of spinning and logged it normally when I started the excercise. The spinning does not appear on the device or app. I tried multiple times to manually log the spinning activity - nothing shows up in the app or device. I have restarted the device 3 times, un-installed and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on. Final result, the device is missing a ton of steps and the Spinning activity. The app has accurate steps but will not register the spinning activity. This is the second time since buying the Fitbit in December 2024 a major system malfunction has happened. It is not motivating and I am starting to think that it takes a lot of work to try and figure out an increasingly unreliable fitness tracker. 😞

My Charge 6 since buy from June 2024. Total loss and Reimbursement on 8 March 2025😢

Fitbit product is so short-lived. Recommend you contact Google to replacement or Refund.
