I have had 3 times in the past month when my alarm does not go off, even if I am awake, aware, and expecting it. When I check later (sometimes hours later) it says that the alarm is snoozed. I was late for work one of the times. The only way to manage the alarm is to restart the watch, but that only works after the alarm has been missed. I never intentionally use snooze anyway-- is there a way to disable that function?

Hi, @TiedyeJulie welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I see what you have been dealing with the alarm feature in your Charge 6, I understand how you feel, I will do my best to help you.
Thanks for the steps taken in order to improve the situation, you will need to dismiss the alarm to dismiss the snooze, you can find the steps in this article.
As a recommendation, you can restart your device again to see if the situation persists.
