Charge 6 Always On Display

My screen won't completely turn off. Time is displayed always

I appreciate your message and I will be more than glad to help you. 
It seems that you have the Always On Display mode on. 
Please check this help article in order to turn the setting on or off. How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
