I have had my charge 6 for one month and was gifted a new official Fitbit strap. I changed them over to try out a new colour and the original strap was place back on. The connection fell apart so I replaced it and tested that it was connected with a small amount of pressure. I then wore the watch for the next few hours and within that time the connector failed and the watch came off. I am now unable to locate the watch as it fell off due to a faulty connector to the strap. The watch is still in warranty but as I do not have it, how can I move forward to resolve this? I am devastated.
