Charge 6. I purchased this watch from Sam’s and have had 1 week.. I have had other fitbits and very happy. Once I charged and switched to my account, this watch only stays charged for about 8 hours. My older versions would last about a week. Is this the standard battery life for the 6. If so, I have learned my lesson and going to switch to another brand and suggest to Fitbit they need to fix the issue to the older versions..
thanks for any suggestions

Hello @Jaywv
That doesn't sound like normal battery life for a Charge 6. Although I'm not sure that this will be useful, this help page has the recommended steps to take to extend the Fitbit's battery life (<-- click link). If none of this applies to your current situation, it might be best to get an exchange from Sam's since you're likely to be within the return window.

Hello @Angelddoc
If you are no longer within the return/exchange window, you should contact Support (<-- click link) about your warranty options. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. You might be better off speaking with a support agent.
