Got new Charge 6 four days ago. Replaced Charge 5 that tracked detailed sleep data but new Charge 6 does not. Have tried all suggestions with how to wear tracker and app and tracker settings with no luck. About to send new tracker back. Are there any suggestions from Google or are they cutting the Fitbit folks loose?

As I understand it, you are only getting the Sleep Pattern timelines instead of the Sleep Stages with your Charge 6, but you always got Sleep Stages with your Charge 5?
Try running an ECG test with your Charge 6. If the result is anything other than 'Normal', chances are good that you won't get Sleep Stages either. The Charge 6 uses a new heart rate measurement algorithm that may not do as good of a job measuring HRV than the Charge 5 does. If the Sleep algorithm can't measure HRV reliably, then the HRV heart metric and Sleep Stages are not returned.

That’s correct. I am not getting any readings for REM sleep or Deep sleep. I just ran the ECG test and it came back normal sinus rhythm.

If the ECG test returned a 'Normal' result, then that's definitely a good place to start for troubleshooting the Sleep Stage result issue.
Taking a look at the Fitbit Help topics on that subject is the only other thing that I can think of to try.
