Very upset with fitbit. HELP.

I have had on open ticket with support on my charge 6 since early December.  I have sent them all requested info and their latest reply was to wait till app 4.32 update was issued and they would contact me.  I sent then on my first encounter all requested info screen shots etc and got no resolution. The main issue was about a 50 percent undercounting on treadmill steps that just started in early December.  I even compared with my old charge 5 on same hand to confirm.  Then 2cdays ago another issue arose with about a 5 hour battery life before dying. I have been a loyal 14 year customer and just want warranty replacement. Any hints or tips.  I love the product

Great. Sounds like you should open a second customer service help ticket specifically for the battery drain issue to get that documented and then start the warranty replacement process with them, if they are unable to resolve the battery drain issue.

Google will never authorize a device replacement for a step count issue.
