This morning I discovered that my tracker's battery was draining quickly, I charged the battery and it drained again. Then I discovered that there was a version update tonight, has anyone encountered a similar problem.?

Hi @ShalFit ! It’s nice to see you around!
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is running out of power faster than expected.
Since this problem has recently occurred, please reset your watch:
Once restarted, please charge your Charge 6 to 100% and use it as you normally would to see if the charging time changes.

Hello @ShalFit ! Thank you for your reply.
Thank you very much for your cooperation in restarting your Charge 6.
In this case, please confirm that your mobile phone does not have any pending updates. If so, please complete the update and try charging your Fitbit again.
If the problem persists my best advice is to contact technical support. They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.
