Hello my Fitbit charge 6 is only 3 months old and has been working fine until the last week.
It will only sinc to about 80% of what the watch shows , ie if I’ve done 15000 steps it shows when syinced 11315 , with no active or sleep data even though the watch shows data.
I have rebooted the watch 3 times with no change , is there another fix.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing well.
IIn this case, I suggest you check that your app, watch, and mobile device are all updated to the latest version. You can see app updates in the Play Store / App Store, and in your mobile device's settings you'll find out if any updates are available. For your watch, the update message will appear in the app at the top.
