Went hiking a week ago after 7 miles (3 hours) in the low battery indicator turn on then fit bit shut down. When I got home plugged in to charge turned on and battery was at 45%. When I went hiking again for an event again 5 miles (1 hour half) in got the low battery indicator and the Fitbit shut down. I charged the fitbit night before to make sure it had full life battery and still shut down. Got home plugged battery was at 75%.Any suggestions what is happening? A week before I did an update..

Hello @Flower85! It’s great to have you on board!
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is running out of power faster than expected.
Please restart your Charge 6 and charge your Fitbit to 100%, preferably connected to a computer, and use it as you normally do to check if the battery lasts longer.

The issue is not the battery. The issue I’m having is that during long activity like hiking Fitbit dictate that the battery is low and turns off but when in reality the Fitbit has charge for example charged previous night 100% went for hike in the morning and it shut down after 2 hours turn it back on and it was at 74%.
