Charge 6 - won’t charge

After a week of very erratic battery life, now my Fitbit charge 6 won’t charge t lol and is dead.   I had another Fitbit for years and never had a problem.  This one is less than a year old and is dead???

Have tried multiple charges, outlets, even. Computer.  Won’t charge.

Have you tried cleaning the contacts with alcohol
