Ongoing Issue with Fitbit Charge 6 - Second Replacement

My second Fitbit Charge 6 is still experiencing issues. The device dies in the middle of the night, and the battery drains from 100% to 54% overnight.

I have already tried restarting the device and ensuring all settings are optimized, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me with this issue? I would appreciate any guidance if necessary.

Thank you so much for reporting that your Charge 6 suddenly dies in the middle of the night and the battery drains too fast. Thanks for your efforts too!

Have you tried to restart your Charge 6 with the charging cable? If not please try to do the following:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
