My brand new charge will not charge

Let me help you charge your brand new Charge 6.

We offer some tips that may be helpful when your Fitbit device resists to get a charge. See our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

You'll find there some tips that may not apply sine your device is brand new, but try those taht apply and see of those help.
