Charge 6 - Battery not charging

Once again my Fitbit charge 6 has stopped working correctly.  It doesn't keep the correct time, I can't get it to reset.  I put it on the charger even though it shows I still have plenty of battery remaining.  It charges up but then screen goes black midday after working for a short time.  I've thrown it in a drawer and got a Samsung fitness tracker on the way.  I've run out of patience on this product.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Charge 6. I understand your frustration, but I’d like to help you out, in case you’d be open to give your tracker another chance.   

Based on the issues you mentioned, I'm most concerned about the battery. Let me share some steps you can try on this help article.

Also make sure that your device is updated and syncing with the Fitbit app.
