Charge 6 Battery won't fully charge

I have had my Fitbit charge 6 for about 1 month and it has never charged over 45% no matter how long I leave it to charge. I have cleaned both the watch and the charger. I have also done the 3 button click thing to reset and no change. Am currently waiting on a new charge lead incase it’s the lead that’s the problem. Any other suggestions?

Let me help you fully charge your Charge 6. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

It seems you've followed some of the solutions proposed in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Check them all and let us know if the issue persists.

In addition, the issue seems to be related to software instead. This being said, make sure your device's firmware is up to date and your Fitbit app as well.
