Hi!
My charge 6 stated to have this problem some time ago, but it's getting much worse.
When I wake up the screen (my wrist movement or button), the vast majority of wakeup time is maximum brightness and white and black snow. I have a video of it here:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/jVW1fGUFfMB4FJPm7
The brightness-snow time has gradually been going up over past month. Right now it takes so much time, you can barely read what you want to read on the face of the watch. When you wake it up second time in a row, it's better, but the problem is still there.
It's especially problematic at night and in low light when it flashes on maximum every time, blinding me and disturbing others.
I'm all updated, tried resetting the device multiple times - no effect.
Any hints?

Hi @aniolova, welcome to our Community!
I understand your situation and I will try my best to help you with this situation and I´m thankful for all the steps you already did and for the video you provided.
As a recommended step you could read the article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device? in the section of ¨Sleep mode¨ there it describes that when you activate that mode the brightness of your device is going to adjust automatically to dim.

This is not what my problem is about. It persists regardless of brightness settings.
