Did you mean:

Charge 6 - Daily Readiness 99!!!!

Why is my daily readiness score 99 when my sleep was less than 5 hours and average sleep is typically 3 to 5 hours.

Yes my HRV was higher but a readiness score of 99!!!  Really???

A score of 99 would mean that I felt fresh as a daisy instead of sluggish and extremely tired that I really feel.

I have raised an issue with the readiness score previously and the moderator clearly didn't understand.

I do like some of the features such as HRV and RHR but the sleep tracker & other scores are poor & inaccurate.

Other than the HRV & RHR the charge 6 is only good as a watch!!!

@Hoppy1976   Fitbit changed how readiness score is calculated a little while ago.  It uses your last week of sleep, not just your last sleep.

This might explain a high readiness score that doesn’t seem to agree with how you feel.

Yes I know. My frustration is no one is listening to what I have to say.

My sleep score is always fair (3 to 5 hours a night).

BUT the 'past week of sleep' within the readiness score is ALWAYS good!!!
Which obviously incorrectly inflated the readiness score.

I have never had a good sleep score since I started using the device in
June 2024 so why is my 'past week of sleep' always good??? No one can
explain.

Please take the time to understand what I am saying. There is clearly
something wrong.
