Charge 6 Dim screen

I can't see my information on my Charge 6 when I am outside.  I have tried adjusting the brightness to auto and bright.  I have also done a "reset" and changed the face..  Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 screen is too dim.  Thank you for all the steps you tried before contacting.  

It seems you've tried all the available solutions for this type of problem on your own. So, my best advice from here is to contact technical support.

They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.
