Hi @Suegarce2, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 6 that is not charging. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

Just to make sure, please take a look at our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Ther, you'll find some basic troubleshooting in regards a typical scenario involving a device that's not charging. I appreciate your time in this process.

If your device is unresponsive, you can restart it by doing the following:

  • Connect your device to the charging cable.
  • Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Hi, @Suegarce2, Welcome to the community. May I suggest you check the charging cable, USB brick & power source? I assume the back of your new pebble is clear of debris, but you should give it a rub to ensure it's not interfering with the charging process. The spring-loaded studs on the charging puck should be of equal height & free moving. Check that the USB brick is working properly. Be aware that frequent removal & insertion of the cable plug may result in wear. Cheap USB bricks are not very reliable over time. The pins in the USB brick that connect to the power source may also be worn; check for reliability by charging other devices.

Please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers
