I was able to complete an ECG test and create a report that shows up as a notification but, when I attempt to download the report as a PDF file, it indicates "Downloading" endlessly and never completes.
Any idea why this is happening?

Thank you JuanFitbit for this info (and to RiekoC for pointing me at it!)
JuanFitbit are you also aware of requests elsewhere on this Forum for the ECG downloads to have the date and time stamp of when the ECG was taken, embedded in the file name, rather than the (useless!) stamp of simply when the ECG was downloaded, and if so are there any plans to make this presumably relatively simple change? (Other improvements for the ECGs have been suggested too but this filenaming would really make our lives easier!) Many thanks

Looks like it’s working again today. Must have been a hiccup somewhere in the process.
