I have a charge 6, the ECG app is available in my home country. I travel alot, maybe 2x a week (sometimes more). Everytime go to a new country the app uninstalls itself. Fitbit solution was to lock it to my home country, which means it becomes useless as a watch. Anyway from my own trouble shooting it's not timezone dependant, it's network dependant, which the fitbit support didn't seem to know. When I use a VPN all is good, but the moment i don't the app uninstalls. There are some places in my home country where my phone will lock on to the network of a neighbouring country, then the app will uninstall itself. It so irritating, why can't it just be locked to where I set my home country as?
