I just bought a Fitbit Charge 6, because of its capability to do an ECG and to monitor A-fib.
I followed instructions to set up up ECG, but there is no no ECG tile under Health Assessments. Health Assessments has only two tiles (High Heart Rate Notifications and Low Heart Rate Notifications).
I tried:
All to no avail. The ECG tile never shows up.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy A04, running Android 14 and Samsung One UI 6.1.

Too late, I just returned Charge 6 as an open box. That missing feature and sleep tracking moved behind the paywall were deciding factors. FRAP!

Hi,
Just noticed mine is missing both on the watch and from the app list on the Fitbit app. I have done a restart and a sync but no joy.
Firmware version: 66.20001.214.24

Welcome to the forums, @Skynet2mainfram and @XLR8ing_Deks.
@Skynet2mainfram I'm happy to hear that both the SpO2 and ECG app are available on your Charge 6. I appreciate your efforts and I hope you enjoy the experience with those apps!
@XLR8ing_Deks Thanks for joining this thread. Given this situation, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as a last resort. Then, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Try installing the ECG app one more time and let me know how it goes afterward.

@XLR8ing_Deks It's good to see you again.
Thanks for keeping me updated. I'm happy to hear this got sorted out and I hope you can continue using this useful app.
For the rest of those who reported this situation, I have great news to share! The issues with the ECG app missing from the Health Assessment section or showing a blank page on the Fitbit app are fixed and should work well on your end. So please make sure everything is updated and give it a try.
I hope everyone can continue enjoying the experience with your Fitbit device and its features.

You say it has been fixed! I have just noticed today that it has disappeared from my charge six. The last time I needed it was about 3 weeks ago and it worked then. Now it is no longer there.

I have just solved the problem and this may apply to anyone with a VPN installed. I set up VPN Tunnelling for my fitbit on the VPN settings and the ecg came back onto my fitbit device, then a restart of the phone and it was back in the fitbit app.
I hope that this solves the problem for some other Fitbit owners.
