We’re excited to announce that a firmware update version 210.26 for Charge 6 has been released to all our members. Some of you might already have this update available. If you installed it, let us know what you think!
We release updates to customers in phases. If you don’t see it, check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
*Firmware releases are not distributed based on region or location and can reach anyone no matter where you reside. We do not recommend performing a factory reset to force the update to your device as your data will be lost and you may not get the update. Please be patient and wait until you see the update banner inside of the Fitbit app to begin the firmware download.

Yes, that was a great feature! I'm not sure I'm finding this Readiness Score " very valuable. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an a la carte type of system where we could check off which features we want?
Best AnswerAgreed! I read no information about floor being removed. Only more options for activities which I don’t need that array of options. I hope the altimeter can added back in the next update.

Having same issue here too. Worse still, after the charge 6 is fully drained, it does not charge at all. Checked cable and connectors by connecting another Fitbit to charge successfully.
Best AnswerWith this update, my Charge 6 can't be used for payments anymore. Each time I put it close to an RFC reader these 2 things happen:
- Either Charge 6 reboots, or I have to put again the 4 digits PIN (randomly)
- Battery drains
I've already removed my cards and added again both in Google Pay and Charge 6. But the same behavior
Best AnswerThe heartbeat function is broke. I updated the software to 210.26 two days ago. Prior to this update, the Fitbit Sense 2 heartbeat always matched (within a few beats) my treadmills Heartbeat display. However, the day after this Fitbit software update, I did my usual exercise workout. The Fitbit watch heart rate never displayed above 119 bps while the treadmill showed slightly above 150. Afterword this exercise period I reviewed the Heart rate in the Fitbit app on my iPhone; this showed the following: Peak = 16 min, Vigorous = 18 min, and Moderate = 49 min, and the high of 174 bpm. I have used Fitbit for many years. I have excepted the loss of the good information displays in your effort to (simplify the display of information). But given this very abnormal heart rate discrepancy, I cannot use the Fitbit product. At 66 years old, I am not the person to "test" your product.
Best AnswerI fully charged my Fitbit yesterday morning, but when I woke up this morning, it was dead. I had lost all my steps from yesterday, and it is now resetting my steps every time it syncs. I have to love it when firmware is updated and breaks what has been working just fine.

Best AnswerI accidentally click the update and was so disappointed with the new App, how could i go back to the previous version. I’m not a Google fan, and i purchased a Fitbit charge 6 earlier Dec as a gift for myself, and it went well with the previous APP for weeks.
worstly, all my previous data was gone, and it kept asking me to move to Google. I do not want to. As other users’ feedback, why not offer choices instead of forcing?
Very disappointed!
Best AnswerHi. I have always entered my weight in manually since I got it and I've been using fit bit for 5 years now. This lasted isn't allowing me to do this, even if I go into setting and put stone, it will put it in stone but about 4 stone lighter! And if I change it to lbs it still enters less that what I have put. I manage my weight on this but for the last month I've not been able to do it and totally lost control of my weight. As also logging my food has changed, it's gone from a daily to a weekly screen, I absolutely hate it! If this isn't rectified soon I'm.good to have to move to a watch to match my sink with my phone! I'm.on android please help me the weight this is a real issue many thanks
