Charge 6 Frozen

My Charge 6 has been frozen for over a week. I have tried every remedy suggested with no luck. This is my 3rd Fitbit that has suddenly quit working. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN GET A REPLACEMENT CHARGE 6.

You'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.

I went to the link you sent. It is the same place I have been multiple times. Your instructions say, "As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support." Why do I have to go from, "page to page" to get a resolution for a totally non-functioning product that is less than 6 months old?   It is apparent that Fitbit has no desire service its customers. I'll be getting an Apple Smartwatch.

@MarkBean   with Google assuming the responsibility for these products, getting support has changed, but....
