Charge 6 GPS Not Working

I have Charge 6 and a Samsung A54. When I track walking with dynamic GPS it doesn't track GPS. I used to get a vibrate on the Charge 4 when it started tracking but on this I get nothing.

I've tried setting it to device only and it still doesn't track GPS. I haven't tried it on phone mode but even if that does work it makes no difference. I have done 3 30 minute walks now and still no GPS.

I upgraded from a Charge 4 about a week ago and that worked fine so I know it's not the phone.

How do I fix this or do I just contact support?

Solved. Walk is not setup to do GPS. Go into walk exercise before pressing start scroll up and turn GPS on.

I've not tested it yet but it's got to be the issue.
