Charge 6 Stopped Reminders To Move

My Charge 6 stopped reminding me to move even though I have the reminders turned on. Is there  a way to fix this?

This happened to me. I did a few things, so I don't know what it was that fixed it:

I changed the times and says, then changed them back. Then I pulled to sync.

I turned reminders to move off then on again, then pulled to sync.

I removed and reconnected the watch, then synced up again.

And I also adjusted the times and days before putting them back again on the web app, before syncing again.

One of these things worked, I just don't know that.

One other, not obvious thing is to make sure your notifications are set to "on" on the watch and that there's no do not disturb getting in the way.

How do you do that? I don't see any option
