Charge 6 - Heart Rate Graph missing

The heart rate graph on the app does not work for me. I've had this charge 6 for over a year now. On two occasions the app has stopped recognising my charge 6 and I've had to delete and reload the app. This happened to me back in November and once I reinstalled the app and repaired my fitbit the heart rate graph has not ever worked. Note that the heart rate sensor is working just fine. I get resting heart rate scores and the appropriate heart rate zones show up during exercise. I can see my heart rate on the device. Seems to be an issue with the app.

Any advice?

Thanks for sharing the thread with the workaround.

To the best of my knowledge, the team has been working on fixing the problem. Most likely, when they have identified the fix, it will be rolled out in an app update.
