Heart rate graph

ANSWERED

Hi all,

I can't seem to find where to view my heart rate through out the day.

Here's what I have but it seems different from all the graphs that I've seen on Google.

Hi @HistoricalPhil

So you're seeing your heart rate on your Charge 6, but you're not getting a heart rate graph in the Fitbit app. That's correct?

Since you just started using the Charge 6 as of yesterday, would you mind waiting one more day to see if the heart rate graph will show up tomorrow?

Hello @HistoricalPhil

Sorry to see that you're having problems seeing your heart rate graph in the Fitbit app.

When did this issue start for you?

Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? You can check by placing your finger across the back of the device. You should see a green light when you lift your finger. The green light is the heart rate sensor.

If you don't see the green light, the first thing to do is check the Settings menu on your Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on.

  • Swipe down from the clock face until you get to the Settings tile (last one) and tap on it
  • Swipe up until you see Heart rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to enable it.

Also, which version of the Fitbit app do you have? You can check by tapping on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app, then tap on Help in the menu that opens. The version information for the Fitbit app will be on the Help page.

I have no idea how to use this forum, I accidentally marked your post as best answer.

1. Issue started today, I only got the fit bit yesterday morning

2. I see a green light

3. Version 4.35

Hi @HistoricalPhil

It's all good. My reply to you wasn't marked as Best Answer.

Thanks for responding and the additional info. You're on the most current version of the Fitbit app & you're seeing your heart rate sensor, which is all good.

Have you had a chance to sync your Charge 6 with the Fitbit app? You can do a manual sync by putting your finger on a blank space on the Today page, pull down, & release.

Did a manual sync. Nothing happened.

It appears that it's not continuously recording the data.

@HistoricalPhil Did you have a heart rate graph for any day before this issue?

I have had issues with the graph showing up late sometimes but for an exercise.  Where after I sync with the app the graph doesn't seem to load but everything about the exercise loaded. I manually sync a few times and usually it still won't fix it. But then a few hours later when I check that exercise again, heart rate graph is showing up.

Not exactly your issue but just thought I'd share my similar experience.

Looks like you are correct,  I had to wait a day for it to show up.
