i bught a new fit charge 6 it worked for literally 2 days and ive been begging for a refund, i have to open payoneer account and 4 months later still nothing

bro yall saying that months...i consider this a loss and advise anyone not to purchase a watch fro you guys as yll are conniving thieves. So horrible yall can get aaway with this. Yeah prob not gonna get the money and im tired crying out for help and yall always escalting something and nothing happens.
