Hi, a few weeks I was looking back at my steps (I try and make sure I have over 18,000 steps per month) I noticed that Januarys monthly steps had decreased to less that 18,000. I then noticed that a whole day of steps in January had disappeared - showing 0 steps!! Reading on here I thought it would it right itself after an update, but so far it’s still the same! Has this happened to anyone else and any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

There has been a known issue on the Fitbit side regarding seeing historical data in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
As best as I can tell, your historical data is still in your account on the Fitbit servers, so there's no loss of data. It seems to me that the issue is between the Fitbit servers and syncing the data to the Fitbit app.
At this point, there's no troubleshooting we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
