Charge 6 not receiving text or email notifications

I recently got a new phone - went from Google pixel to iPhone. My charge 6 will no longer receive text or email notifications. I’ve tried every I’ve read so far - Bluetooth is enabled, notifications are enabled, I’ve restarted the Fitbit, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve toggled everything off and on,  nothing works. I’ve gotten Facebook notifications and voicemail notifications, but the ones I really want - text, email, call - don’t come through.

From what I've read, there are additional steps that iOS users need to do to get their notifications on their Fitbit devices. This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try to get your phone app notifications on your Fitbit device (<-- click link)
