Charge 6 - How do I stop my Fitbit from vibrating?

How do I stop my Fitbit charge six from vibrating when I receive text messages in the middle of the night? I am so tired of this thing waking me up in the middle of the night!

Hello @Melanieq and welcome to the Community.  Your Charge 6 has a Sleep Mode setting that will do three things.  It mutes all notifications, turns off the screen wake with wrist movement (so it doesn't light up when you move), and the screen brightness is set to dim when you turn it on.  You can turn sleep mode on and off manually or you can set a schedule to do it automatically.  There is a link for the Charge 6 manual on this page in the Important links section and it has complete instructions.
