Charge 6 - How to change community profile picture?

Not sure why I can't change the profile picture and the cover picture in my community profile. I was able on the fitbit app but not for the community profile. It accepted the images I picked and I was able to edit the frame of veiw, clicked done, then thing. Still just blank. Any suggestions?

Let me help you update your profile photo. I appreciate the steps you have already done.

Are you accessing to these settings from a web browser ? If yes, please try to clear your cache, for more information on how to do it visit this link. I appreciate your time in this process. 

If the problem persists we advise you to use another browser.

I and other users haven't been successful using the profile link on the Community forum.

One of our users discovered a way that has worked well so far:

• Open the Fitbit app and tap on the You tab at the bottom right of the page
• Tap on Family under Community
• Tap on the tile with your profile
• On this page, you should be able to change your profile picture and header/cover picture. Tap on the camera icon to change the pictures, follow the prompts, and save.
