I have had a Fitbit since 2014. I've been a proponent for years. But I'm getting angrier and angrier. I cannot get any help. I post on the forum, no one answers. I chat, I get canned responses that don't help. I can't directly message anyone - the only option is direct message on Twitter, which I am sure they are not monitoring. This is ridiculous, and they are rapidly losing me as a customer. I am so sad about it, but there it is. The more competition they have, the less they try to keep people's business.

Same issue. All avenues I tried were useless with my issue. Ended up returning my Fitbit as I was so angry.
