Charge 6 shows going to sleep at 7pm then immediately awake for 2 hours before actually going to sleep. I was watching TV for two hours. Same thing today. Logging sleep when I'm watching TV. I've had my charge 6 for 8 months.

Hello @Vgriff
This help page (<-- click) explains how Fitbit devices detect sleep. Since you were watching TV for 2 hours and likely not moving much, your Charge 6 started tracking the time as Sleeping.
I've also experienced this when I'm sitting and reading or watching TV. When this happens, I go to the Sleep page in the Fitbit app and delete the extra sleep log. The same help page that I linked above has the instructions on how to delete the extra sleep log, if that's something you haven't done before.
I also try to get up and take a quick walk or do some kind of movement so that my device doesn't start tracking sleep.
