My Fitbit Charge 6 is not syncing

My charge 6 is not syncing  .tried restarting Bluetooth but it didn't work  .need help

I had the same issue today. I tried everything I could think of and still no sync. 

I just did a restart of the Charge 6 and it is syncing again.

UPDATE: The sync only brought in totals. All my steps, GPS maps, hourly activity, heart rate, etc., etc. didn’t sync and appear to be lost even though the restart screen stated “no data will be lost”

Hello @Saeeda 

Have you tried turning off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turning them back on? That often works for me.

If this doesn't work for you, I got confirmation that the team is aware of the syncing issue and is working on a fix. However, I haven't seen a timeline yet for the fix. I will report back if I have an update to share.
