This morning, my Fitbit did an update and reset itself, and I had to reconnect it to my app and the clock face returned to the original default. I then checked my app and all of my previous data since owning the Fitbit has disappeared. I’ve owned it for about 2 months. I followed the instructions in other forums and still no change, I also checked the Fitbit website and my data is there but not on my app. Could someone tell me what else I could do to get this back.
Thanks!

Hello @alRem! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 6 lost the data after an update.
Sometimes this happens when the same user has multiple Fitbit accounts with similar email addresses. Is it possible that you have another account with a similar email address to the one you used to link your Charge 6?
If so, please try opening that account and check if your Fitbit was paired there before the update. If so, you'll find your history when you pair it again.
