My Charge 6 stopped syncing for about six hours and after a fair bit of troubleshooting I was able to get it to sync. However, the data on the Charge 6 and in the app are wrong. The step count and zone minutes are correct, but the calories and cardio load are completely incorrect and missing the data that would have accomplished over the six hours my device wouldn't sync. You can see from the attached picture that the step total is correct, but it's not reflected in the graph. This is also the same for the calories, instead of adding up the calories burnt while the device wouldn't sync (30 min walk and 30 min cardio workout) I am left with a generic calculation for each hour, as if I was not moving at all. Is there any way to recover the missing data or to be sure that the device is "fixed" post restart?
Thanks
