Hi, I have a Charge 6 and the latest Fitbit app installed on my new iPhone 15. Although I have set location services to “while using”, the app excessively drains the battery on my phone. See screendumps for some examples. So annoying! Any ideas for fixes?

Hi there @BVSDenmark! It's great to see you here in the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for your efforts.
Regarding the battery of your phone, have you already tried to restart your phone? You can try to force quit the app too. Try to not leave the app open and try to sync your Charge 6 manually afterwards.

Hi, I’ve tried all of that including reinstalling then app and adding my device again, but to no avail. See screenshot from today, showing that the Fitbit app has been active almost 8 hours. I’ve now even disabled “Background App Refresh”. How do I stop the app from draining the battery in my iPhone while still retaining the main functionality of my Charge 6?
