I just installed the new update and now I don't have a sleep score or sleep data. It also says my hrv is 0ms.
I tried reinstalling the app but it is still the same. What can I do to fix?

Are you also having issue with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6?
If you don't see a green light, check in the Settings tile of your Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on:

Sad to hear that you Charge 6 isn't working as expected after having installed the latest software update on your device. In order to get it back to normal operation, adding to what @RiekoC suggested, I'd recommend restarting it by following the instructions below. Make sure to have synchronized your Charge 6 with the Fitbit app before to not lose any data it might have tracked so far.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
