Hello,
I have a Fitbit Charge 6, firmware 66.20001.214.24 (latest available for me so far), latest Fitbit app version (4.51). Since some months, I have noticed that you cannot customize quick reply with emoji.
What I mean is, some months ago you could define a custom list of emoji to be used as quick replies; now you can do just for the textual replies.
Any solution?
Thanks

Hello @pasquy85
My apologies if you've already reviewed the information on this Quick Replies help page (<-- click).
I found an old post of mine from 2023 where I detailed the steps to use emojis for Quick Replies:
In the Fitbit app, click on Quick Replies to bring up the list of apps that you have set up to get notifications on your Charge 5.
You can also do this with Default Replies to customize your replies and emojis that will apply to Quick Replies for all your notification apps.
Since it's been 2 years since I posted this, it's likely that things have changed.

Hey @RiekoC thanks for your support.
Unfortunately that's the problem: until some months ago that was the way, but then the Emoji tab is not present anymore...

Thanks for confirming that the pathway no longer works, @pasquy85
I wonder if this option was removed after an app update. I'll check around and see if I can confirm this.

Also been seeing this problem for a while. A little further detail on my experience if it helps:
* Even after the option to customize the Quick Reply Emoji went missing from the app, my previously chosen customizations were still available for use from my Charge 6.
* Unfortunately, I thought maybe doing a full reset on my Charge 6 and also un-installing and re-installing the Fitbit app on my phone might help things. It did not make the ability to customize the Quick reply emoji show up in the app and it also caused me to lose my previously chosen customizations so I am now back to the defaults .
*Like pasquy85, I am able to find and customize the text Quick Replies but there is no place to customize the emoji.

Just commenting to say I have the same issue and have had the same issues since sometime this summer. I think I was able to access the emojis in June and sometime in July it changed. I did try to get a hold of customer service and they tried to walk me through fixing it and the information they gave me must have been for the old way to do it because I never was able to change the Emojis again. Wondering if Fitbit will see this and comment? Kind of weird that they would take something away and quite a few people complain about it and there's no news on whether it's even available or not.

Hello @TrishaSnix
The best way to get this issue to the team is by using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app
The Feedback & Issue reports are received by the team for review.
