Charge 6 - No clock faces or apps access

ANSWERED

I bought a charge 6 yesterday and followed all the steps I’ve got the app and synced my charge 6. I’ve tried to then change the watch face. and customise the apps to just get a blank page with a wheel the just keeps spinning.
I have tried reconnecting, clearing cache, using it with and without internet and redownloading the app and turning my phone on and off.

any help or advice would be really appreciated, thank you!

Same here! Bought a new Fitbit Charge 6 two days ago and have been trying to update the watch face. The screen just has a spinning wheel. I have searched forums and tried everything suggested (I.e. restart app, restart phone and device, check settings, etc.)

Same! I’ve done everything but it still hangs!

Same problem here. Other parts of the app and Fitbit appear to work.

This is good to hear, do you know when we should expect a resolution? As it seems a decent amount of people are having this issue

Same with me, checked everything is up to date, cleared cache, restarted app and phone. Nothing works, still no watch faces.

Has there been any further movement with this?

Hi,

Any further updates on this?

Thank you.

Hi there - experiencing the same issue!  Cleared user data (cache), reinstalled Fitbit app, and firmware is up to date.  Still unable to access watch faces or customize the apps on the device.  Let us know when you have a fix!

They have this thread marked as solved. We all need to repost a new thread every day until this is fixed. I would suggest making a templated message that states the problem and how long it has still been going and the things you tried. If all of us post every day they can't mark them all solved on Google.

Not answered. Try again. This is absurd.

Hi all, and welcome to the new members.

I know it’s frustrating that this hasn't been resolved yet, but please know our team is working around the clock to get things fixed as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your patience and for sticking with us through this.

The team suggested disconnect the Fitbit from any other devices linked to your account and remain logged in only on your mobile app and try again to change the clock faces.

I’ve marked my post above as the 'best answer' so anyone joining the thread can see right away that we’re on top of it.

Thanks for the update - much appreciated.  My device is only linked to this account so that doesn't look like it'll work for me at least.  I did wonder if the migration of Fitbit accounts over to Google was causing some duplication issue.  Another line of enquiry if you get chance to raise it. 🙏
