Hi @DennisHOR, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with your Charge 6's display. Thank you for the restart your have already tried.

See if you are able to sync to your Fitbit app. If yes, try to change de clock face of your Charge 6 by following the instructions of our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Similar issues are resolved by changing the clock face or restarting the device. I appreciate your time in this process.

Good day,

My Fitbit woke up with the same issue; its basically dead. I put it to charge in case it died overnight and the Fitbit logo came up and immediately went away and nothing I have done has revived it. What can I do?

Hello @Elyn173

If the troubleshooting steps provided by the Moderator doesn't fix the problems you're seeing, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link).

Depending on how long you've had your Charge 6, you might have some options under warranty.

Thanks for getting back to me.  Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve the problem nor was support, and my warranty expired about 3 months ago. My last one, the Charge 5 also died shortly after the warranty expired. That just doesn't seem right 😕

I try Fully discharged Charge 6 power and Recharge method to re-open my watch. Can open my watch Control Layout, but loss of Red and infrared sensors, and then loss Vibration motor. After putting it on, the Fitbit logo pops up and keeps flashing. After flashing a few times, there is no screen display.

My Charge 6 is total Loss😭

Hi @RiekoC@Elyn173 and @DennisHOR.

@Elyn173 Thank you for sharing your experience: I'm sorry to hear that your issue was not resolved.

@DennisHOR thank you for the picture. The cross your are getting happens either when you are trying to setup this as a new device or after a firmware update.

If you are getting this cross is important to not attempt to remove your device from your Fitbit app. Instead, try to sync in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > Charge 6 > Sync Now.

If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Charge 6 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.

Restart your device. Refer to How do I restart my Fitbit device? Help article for instructions.

Dear David

Thank you, your comment. But my charge 6 before no screen display is not receive any new firmware update. And i check my phone fitbit apps is last version.

Now, I keep recharge battery 30min already cannot open my screen display😭. Charge 6 is no longer sold in Hong Kong, I don't even need a refund. I just want my watch to be repaired.

I hope Fitbit management understands my expectations. I have to wait for another over 12 weeks for the refund.
