Charge 6 - Not Holding a Charge

My 2 year old FitBit will charge, but the battery drains as soon as it is off the charger. It will be at 100% when I go to bed and be at 0% as soon as I wake up.

Since you mentioned that the device drains as soon as it is off the charger, please take a look at this help article:
