Charge 6 Not Syncing

My charge 6 will not sync no matter what.  I have restarted the actual Fitbit on my wrist, force closed the app in my phone, reopened, and it still wont Sync.  I also added a brand new charge 6 to my account this morning, updated it completely, and it still wont sync.
