I've had my Charge 6 for a few months. All of a sudden the other day, I noticed that it wasn't connecting to Bluetooth. I tried numerous different methods to get it to work, but it refused to connect, the bluetooth wouldn't connect or even show up in the list after I pressed forget this device.
So, I cleared the data and device from my app and tried to start afresh. But now, the watch will go through the connection process, will show a code, and says it's connected via bluetooth after you enter the code, but the app stays stuck on 'Connecting to Fitbit'. The watch is usable but is clearly not connected to the phone, and the app hangs on 'Connecting to Fitbit' until you close it, and when you reopen it the watch is in the list but says looking.
Have tried reinstalling the app, restarting both devices, messed with bluetooth, all multiple times, but no fix. I've tried everything short of throwing it out of the window. If anyone has any solutions, suggestions or answers I'd be extremely grateful, I'm about at my wits end at this point!
